The Cathedral does not hold historic records for baptisms, burials or marriages. Unfortunately, many records were lost during a fire in Dublin Castle in 1922. Surviving records for the Church of Ireland are kept by the RCB Library in Dublin. Many records are going through a multi-year project to digitise them.
